Advancing equity for multilingual learners was the life’s work of Dr. Ivannia Soto. Today, the California Association for Bilingual Education’s (CABE) LEAD Department is proud to expand her legacy by serving as the sole authorized national provider of the Multilingual Shadowing Protocol Training—ensuring this transformative work continues with fidelity, excellence, and impact.
