Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Special Services the Director, Special Education provides leadership to promote the goals and objectives of the District as it relates to special education. The Director is responsible for the oversight and operations of all Special Education (either preschool/elementary or secondary programs), and related services. The Director works hand in hand with other divisions and site personnel to support special education by leading, managing, supervising, and coordinating systems, policies, and procedures.
