3.1 CABE Headquarters Holiday and Work Schedule (5 min)
Dr. Edgar Lampkin will present CABE Headquarters’ Holiday and Work schedule for Board approval. It is recommended that the Board approve the CABE Headquarter Holiday and Work Schedule.

3.2 CABE Board of Directors Meeting Dates for 2024- 2025 (5 min)
Dr. Raúl Maldonado will present the Board of Directors’ meeting dates for FY 2024-2025.
Board Retreat & Meeting: September 12-14, 2024, November 16, 2024 (virtual), February 8, 2025 (virtual), and Board Installation & Meeting: June 13-14, 2025 (in-person).
It is recommended that the Board approve the Board of Directors meeting dates for FY 2024-2025 as presented.

3.3 CABE 2025 – Theme and Artwork (5 min)
Dr. Raúl Maldonado and Dr. Edgar Lampkin will present the CABE 2025 Theme, “Honoring Our Past; Embracing Our Future” 50 Years of Bilingual Advocacy & Excellence”. It is recommended that the Board approve the CABE 2025 Theme as presented. We will honor past Artists by selecting 10 of our previous Art pieces…Leo Tanguma being one of those selections.

3.4 50th Anniversary Commemorative Book
The CABE Board's 50th Anniversary Core Committee and CABE CEO reviewed three proposals (Lifetouch, Greenleaf & Jenkins groups) and recommends that the CABE Board approve the attached proposed contract with Jenkins Group Inc. to produce a 100-page commemorative book to be given to participants at the CABE 2025 Conference.

4.5 50th Anniversary Core Committee Update (Item 4.6 - 10 min)
The CABE 50th Anniversary Core Committee will provide an update on the planning and progress made to date regarding the 50th Anniversary celebration. The Committee members are Rosa Armstrong, Dr. Barbara Flores, Dr. Lettie Ramirez, Marissa Lazo-Necco, and Jan Gustafson-Corea.
4.7 Observer Report
The observer will present a brief report.
